EasyCRM keeps the sales pipeline, contacts, communication and quotes in a single tool for sales teams and small and medium-sized businesses. The web application is live and a mobile app is in preparation.

## What EasyCRM offers

- A Kanban sales pipeline with configurable stages and pipeline value.
- Contacts with the full customer history: calls, messages and quotes on a single card.
- Tasks, activities and custom fields tailored to the business.
- Lead scoring on a 0 – 100 scale trained on the history of closed deals.
- A unified inbox for e-mail, WhatsApp and Messenger.
- Telephony through VipTEL with calls logged automatically to the contact.
- A website chat widget and an optional AI assistant that uses your own API key.
- Quotes built from a catalogue with PDF export, orders and reports: pipeline, forecast, won and lost deals.
- Company lookup from registers through FirmAPI, a REST API and webhooks.

## Communication and integrations

- VipTEL: a call log and an incoming-call pop-up, with each call matched to a contact by phone number.
- WhatsApp Business: two-way messaging through the WABA Cloud API. Messenger and Instagram messages through the Meta Graph API.
- E-mail: sending through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and receiving through a webhook. Two-way calendar sync with Google and Microsoft.
- A REST API and webhooks: tokens with permissions and 6 webhook events (Pro plan). Plugins on the Pro plan.
- Company lookup by company ID from registers, with alerts for debts, executions and VAT status.

## AI assistant

A chatbot built from your knowledge base and an assistant inside the inbox. It runs on your own API key, so the model and the key are yours.

## Security and data

- Granular roles and permissions, data separated between organisations, and a change log for contacts, leads, deals, quotes and orders.
- Two-factor authentication that each user enables. SSO through SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect on the Pro plan.
- Consent management and contact anonymisation. Data is stored on servers in the European Union and processed under GDPR.

## Plans

The Free plan has no time limit and needs no payment card. The Standard (calls, inbox and reports) and Pro (unlimited limits, SSO, webhooks and plugins) plans have no published price and are agreed after you contact us. The interface is in Slovak and English, and each team member sets their own language.

## When it fits

For sales teams and small and medium-sized businesses that want the pipeline, customer communication, telephony and quotes in one tool instead of several spreadsheets and apps.

## Mobile app

The EasyCRM mobile app for iOS and Android is in preparation.

## Technology

The web application runs on Laravel 13 with Vue 3, and search is powered by Meilisearch.
