StaffIo

About the project

StaffIo is a platform for coordinating staff at large events: concerts, congresses, festivals and crowded venues. It consists of a mobile app and a web backend and is in development.

What we are building

  • A live staff map and geofencing.
  • Push-to-talk and chat: one-to-one, group and by role.
  • Tasks with acknowledgement and escalation, and incident tracking.
  • Inventory through QR and barcodes.
  • SOS, broadcast messages and evacuation.
  • An offline-first mobile app, roles and an audit log.
  • PDF, XLSX and CSV exports, per-organiser branding, and Slovak, Czech and English languages.

Status

StaffIo is in development and is not publicly available yet.
